Once again as the Cub's games mean less and less Derrek Lee gets better and better. He was having a decent 2009 season, but once the Cubs fell out of the playoff race he caught on fire. He has carried the Cubs to many meaningless wins. It is just a continuation of his having sub par years whenever the Cubs make the playoffs and having big years like in 2005 when the Cubs do nothing. He will not have a chance to continue he poor playoff record of 1 HR and only 8 rbi in 95 ABs.
